IFPRI – “International Fine Particles Research Institute”, is the only one network of companies and active universities in the research and the development of the science and technology of the solid particles. It is about a non profit making organization.

Its members represent some of the biggest world industries in the manufacture of chemicals products (bulk or specialized), drugs, minerals, building materials, deposits, detergents and food products. The members of these industries work with university researchers internationally reputed in the field of the science and the technology of the solid particles as well as others adjacent sectors.
For this meeting, in addition to an oral talk exposed by Prof N. Vandewalle, APTIS showed several results obtained in the field of the rheology of the powders and granular materials.
